Revision

Oh what fun.

I have a History exam on Wednesday and Computing on Thursday.

I only seem to be able to manage half an hours work at a time though.

Fresh back on air

Well online anyway

And on 101.8 FM in Watford for two weeks from June 7th.

Watford sacrificed for rest of UK

Probably just London to be honest.

Nice to hear that BBC 3CR (aka Luton, Bedford and MK radio) were unaware of this and failed to mention it in any bulletins, despite several callers saying power was out in Watford, Bushey and the surrounding villages.  I’ll expect the same the next time there is a powercut in Luton or Bedford then shall I - I doubt it.

Beckham 60 yard goal

Reminds me of Paul Robinson scoring against Watford…

“The second goal of his career”, oh yes

Who says formula 1 is boring?

Lewis Hamilton won in Monaco, however the top 7 drivers were from 7 different teams.

9/10

Beware of the small print!

In today’s metro:

Second Aidy spike

Adrian BoothroydAidyBoothroyd.com is currently experiencing its second traffic spike, a month after the Crystal Palace spike came to an end.

The traffic comes from a 5 star rated article on the BBC’s 606 message board entitled Aidy Boothroyd Motivational Website. Apparently I could work in “Spin PR”, or perhaps Jobsite’s admen could since it was they who created the You Are Mighty website.

1p headphones have arrived

Packet

Cost of a first class Large letter stamp: £0.52

Insert lame Mastercard joke here???
Headphones

They have a 3.5mm connector (iPod size) instead of the 2.5mm used in many other mp3 players but they work well with these old computer speakers!

I’m off to leave feedback…

Apparently I’m Gay

Facebook appears to have given up showing me traditional dating ads, and instead appears to think that I am gay.  For so long I have avoided all the sleazy dating adverts, but what did it bring me….

On another note:  If I removed my gender from my Facebook profile I wonder what ads I would see instead?

Completed Uni stuff!

Yesterday I completed, so far anyway, all the forms for my University application.

First I had to decide which accommodation I wanted which was actually quite hard as most of them are similar. For Aberystwyth this required ranking around 20 accommodation options in order of preference, leading me to having to decide whether I would least prefer to live at the bottom of the hill, with Welsh speaking people or share a room. What fun.

Then I finally completed the student finance form. Writing my parents details in and repeating myself so many times. It was ridiculously complicated.

But now it is done!
